Charity began her adventure as a Doula and Childbirth Educator in 2009 after the birth of her third daughter. After hearing about the birth experiences of friends and family, she recognized a gap existed in educating and supporting new parents so they were able to make informed choices and actively participate in their births. Since she began, she has had the pleasure of supporting many families in a variety of situations and circumstances such as VBAC, HBAC, VBAC2, Twins, Cesarean and water births at home. She is actively involved in the Orangeville birthing community and served as Co-Director for the midwifery advocacy group, Where's My Midwife? A highlight of her birthing career was when she had the opportunity (twice) to travel and stay at "The Farm" in Tennessee to meet with world renowned midwife Ina May Gaskin.
